About

Alexander Danicic

I lead The Director of Design. I work with founders and leadership teams who want one thing: decisions that produce results.

Most businesses do not struggle because design is hard. They struggle because decisions are fragmented. My role is to own design decisions, set standards, and keep delivery aligned across website, product, and brand.

This is not a task model. It is leadership. If you want the cheapest option, it will not be the right fit. If you want clarity and calm execution, we will work well together.

Experience

Design leadership built on implementation reality

My background spans digital design, branding, product systems, and front end implementation. I understand constraints, trade offs, and build reality. That reduces back and forth and keeps decisions clean.

I completed a Google scholarship in front end development and I have worked with distributed teams across the UK, Europe, and the United States. This is why I can align stakeholders and work confidently with developers without the typical friction.

I do not join to decorate. I join to remove ambiguity. Developers get clear guidance. Marketing gets alignment. Founders get decisions instead of debates.

Restraint

I will tell you when not to spend money

Serious operators do not want enthusiasm. They want judgement.

If the Decision Audit is not necessary, I will say so. If a sprint is enough, I will recommend it. If you need a different specialist, I will point you in the right direction.

My job is to protect outcomes, not sell you hours.

How I work

Clarity first. Execution second.

The goal is simple. Fix ownership. Set priorities. Define standards. Ship improvements without noise.

Most clients start with a clarity call, then a Decision Audit. After that we choose the simplest execution path: a sprint for a focused win, or ongoing leadership when decisions keep returning.
